Some pics ...

I have the most adorable picture of Kennedy in her costume.

She hasn't taken these shoes off since we brought them home on Tuesday. Who WOULD take off blinking glass slippers? Notice her little hand - she's quite the princess in this costume!

Cameron would be wearing his if his mom didn't buy him the wrong size - GEESH! The replacement is already ordered - hopefully it'll be here soon!

And here are some pics of Cohen being adorable with his stinky face.

And he LOVES the bouncer that Mrs. Dimmick let us borrow! Thank you!

MIA ...

Sorry - It's been brought to my attention multiple times that I've been slacking this week.

It's been a long one.

We have been SO fortunate - we were only out of power for 11 hours and we didn't lose any major trees! School was cancelled on Tuesday though, so that was a long day!

Somehow, I hurt my back. It's killing me - and it doesn't help lugging around the 21lb stinker that is REFUSING to sleep these days.

I haven't mentioned it, but Kennedy has been going thru a MAJOR separation issue when I drop her off at school. To the extent that they had to pull her off of my shirt while screaming last week. It's been hard on me her. AMAZINGLY today she went with NO tears. It was a good day!!!

The kids picked out their Halloween costumes. Kennedy is THE MOST adorable Cinderella ever. Complete with blinking glass slippers. Cameron is Boba Fett - I guess he's a cool Star Wars guy ... he loves the costume, especially the noisy blaster :)

And Austin and I are working hard on finding our costumes for the 80's skating party we're going to next month. Ahhh, the 80's. Any suggestions are welcome!

Also, any suggestions on how to get my GORGEOUS baby to GO TO SLEEP for pete sake are more than welcome.

How to comment - well, let me tell you!!! (Because I know there are MANY of you out there reading and not commenting!) Click on the bottom of the post where it says the number of comments. Then you can read the current ones and add your own...PLEASE!

I've also added a cool feature to the blog. It's a service called Twitter. On the right side of the blog I'll be able to add quick updates - you know, when the kids are being stinkers and I'm not able to finish a proper post. And, I will!

I'll be back with pics ...

Oh - and Happy Anniversary to me ... It's been 9 years today. We are so romantic, we're sitting beside one another on the couch both typing on the laptop. I type faster :)

Great day for the zoo ...

The weather was GORGEOUS on Wednesday, so I took the opportunity to take the kids to the zoo! The kids had a great time at the prairie dog exhibit.
... we got to ride the train!

It wore Cohen out!

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree ...

My kids LOVE the camera - check out the cute pics that they took of the baby!

This is his new scrunchy face - he does it all the time. I love it...he also has started shaking his head "NO". He doesn't quite know what he's doing, but it's CUTE!

Beckham maybe???

So - I said that I regretted signing Cameron up for soccer. But man, he loved soccer too. And he did a great job. He had a smile glued to his face - It was SO cute.
He may have liked it even more because he was playing his FAVORITE friends!

He did a great job getting in there and kicking the ball.
And even trying to steal.
Daddy wore himself out coaching the team :)
And Kennedy had a blast with her friends too!
I think it was a successful game!

Last night ...

Well, he didn't end up in his crib last night ... well, not one of the 3 of them slept in their own bed last night! There was a thunderstorm at around midnight and the rest of the night looked like this ...

Oh - and my hair dryer fried this morning. Won't even turn on. I look NICE today :)

Watch out Buckeyes - here he comes!

Cameron started flag football this weekend. When we asked Cam at the beginning of the season if he'd like to play football or soccer, he quickly chose football. I signed him up, but then I heard about this WONDERFUL soccer program and how I HAD to sign him up. So I did - I regret it now ... but anyway.

Cam LOVED football yesterday. It was so cute - on Saturday when we had people over for the Buckeye game, Scott told Cameron that he needed to do the "spin move" to get by other guys in his way. No one talked much about it ... and then yesterday we had his first practice/game. Well, the first time the coach hands Cameron the ball and he has to run to the end of the cones ... what does he do? He comes up to a guy and spins and runs right past him!!! The other parents laughed and he was so proud. It's funny how they listen when THEY want to! I got a picture, but not of the actual SPIN :)

Cam also got the chance to run the ball during the game! It's funny how the kids run the opposite way to get away from the pack of boys from the other team, then they run the right way. But I think he did get a couple yards out of it :) He had fun, and that's what matters!
