Anything he can do I can do better ...

Kennedy loves watching Cameron play baseball and he really enjoys her being there!!! But the other night we went out for a little batting practice for Cameron and Kennedy got her chance to play!

The whole family had fun watching them play!

Leave it to the Ohians ...

to let your preschooler play with fire. Sparklers are against the law in California - so of course we let Brennan experience them in our back yard! Emma was a bit timid - she's been told her whole life to fear fire and here we were wanting her to HOLD it. Brennan - he's a true boy - he had a blast!

Good times ... good friends ... great memories

The day FINALLY came ... for months we've been counting down the days until our visit from Emma and Brennan (and Kim and her mom "Grandma Cindy", of course!) The kids were ecstatic to see their friends that made the trip across the country from California. I think our visitors were a bit chilly, seeing as our temps barely made it above 71 while they were here - but it was a nice break from the 105 - 115 degrees that they went home to!

We kept ourselves SO busy and the week went by WAY too fast.

The kids had a great time at COSI walking thru the streets of the past...Brennan was a bit sad that Kennedy sat on Emma's lap instead of his though!

It was SO cute to see Brennan check Grandma's heart - he's surely an expert, after enduring the number of cardiologist visits that he has, how could he not be?

Cameron OF course loved the water - one of his favorite places since he was just a toddler!

Emma and Kennedy played dress-up multiple times each day. Emma especially liked Kennedy's cheerleader outfit ... I'm sure her grandma made note of this and she'll definitely find one under her Christmas tree this year.

Although - the kids also LOVED the quad and Jeep that they drove around every single day and mom wasn't so enthusiastic about them having one of their own at home :)

Cohen is such a big boy - Kim got to feed him his first cereal with applesauce!

It's always so much fun to have our friends visit. We're so fortunate that they made the day-long trip to be here with us. We had a blast ... and we can't wait to see them again ... but we sure do get sad when it all has to come to an end!

Our BIG Boy ...

Cohen went to the Dr yesterday for his 4 month well visit. We're about 2 weeks behind on our visits - but I guess that's what happens when you have 3 kids :)

Cohen is surely our biggest baby yet ... he weighed 17 pounds 9 oz (86-87th percentile) and she measured him at 28 inches, although we've done it twice recently and got 27 ... 28 inches is in the 99th percentile for his age!!! At least his head isn't the biggest of the group - it measured at 17". But GOSH he's CUTE!

Blast from the past:

Cameron was 15lbs 9oz (50-75%), 24 3/4 inches (50%) and a 16 1/2 inch head! (And Cameron weighed almost 2 and a half pounds less at birth - I think HE was big!)

Kennedy was 15lbs 12oz (90%), 25 inches (75%) And had a big noggin' at 17".

Take me out the ballgame!!!

Cameron was SO excited to start tball this year ...
What we didn't know is that "tball" means, the coach pitches until they're sick of waiting, if you don't hit it, then they get out the tee. Well -it took Cameron nine pitches, but he finally got on base!

We're haven't determined yet if he'll go pro ... but he sure does look cute!

Rainy day???

Make the best of it!!!

Following in Auntie Kelly's footsteps???

He doesn't do it regularly...but when he does find his fingers he's so happy!!

Happy 87th Birthday Grandma!

We recently celebrated Grandma's 87th birthday. Everyone enjoyed the water balloons that I brought :) And Cameron helped Grandma blow out the candles - not that she needed the help!

Gorgeous boy ...

If he keeps eating like a champ- he'll be pumping his legs and swinging himself before we know it!

Show mommy how the piggy eats ...

About a week ago, I realized that my baby boy was nearly 4 months old ... he weighs 16lbs ... he is 27 inches tall and he watches our fork/spoon/plates like he'd LOVE to try something. So - we did!

Kennedy got to give Cohen his first bite of cereal ... he LOVED it.

Adorable boys ...

Kennedy is lucky to have her best friend just 5 days younger than her ... Cohen is almost as lucky.

Carly's younger brother, Brady, is just 8 months older than Cohen ... Cohen will surely catch up to him in no time :)

Closing another chapter ...

Cameron has officially finished PRESCHOOL!! Ronald McDonald made an appearance at his "graduation party" at the park with the rest of the preschool kids. They loved him.

And then we went for registration at his new school.

He was SO excited ... and bashful. Oh, watch out Wyandot Run ... once he's comfortable, you won't know what hit you!

Picture overload ...

Just a few more pics that I wanted to share ...

Kennedy tried calamari - AND LIKED IT! Ask her about it!

Cohen loved sleeping on the beach - I have another beach baby!!!

Magum (the name the kids use for my mom) loves to fly her kites, luckily, Cameron enjoys it too!

I just loved this pic of Kristan and Kennedy - so I thought I'd share.

Cohen is starting to like the sling ... which helps me have free hands. Don't mind the face he's making in this picture, he really does like it!

Just a cute shot of Cam - I love his smile.

And one last pics ... my babes at the beach. Nothing better than that!
