First for a current bit of information ...

So ... I've taken some time to go thru my pics ... SINCE APRIL and I'm ready to post some updates. But first ... a few current milestones...

Cam lost his first tooth on Thursday!!!! Finally - less than 5 months from his 7th birthday. He was so nervous and excited at the same time!

Still there ... and the new one is coming in. It needs to go!

And CONGRATS to my cousin Rani ... who at 40 yrs old and with NO EPIDURAL had this gorgeous baby girl on Thursday. AND let me and my 3 crazy kids come to see her on Friday :)

More wildlife ...

So, yesterday morning when I stepped outside to run, there was a welcoming committee on the driveway...

We decided to leave him there - he was GONE when we got back.

Today I was on the phone telling my mom about our new friend, I look outside and THERE HE WAS!!!

He's so big!

As soon as the kids nap long enough for me to resize some pics, I have some CUTE ones of them playing outside and Cam's LAST day of kindergarten :(

I'm bad about blogging ... I think nearly daily about what will post that day - and I just don't get around to it.

But I had to post this pic I took tonight - celebrating my grandma's 88th birthday.

She's hilarious ...

Kennedy just picked out her clothes for the day (which is always SUCH an ordeal) ... she picked out a cute shirt that she said is camoflauge. She said we should call it "dee"oflauge instead of "cam"oflauge since it has flowers on it and it's girly ... (we call her Dee and Cameron Cam, why not call it DEEoflauge?!) What a trip!

She told me she was going to get her hair wet so she could put a headband in it ...

Cameron was just talking about his signed hockey stick and he said "maybe they bought it in the 80's because it's kinda old" ... NICE.

WELCOME BABY ABIGAIL!!!

I have a niece!! Natalie had her gorgeous baby girl on Friday, March 27th. She was 7lbs 9oz!!! She is GORGEOUS!!

The kids just LOVE her ... we can't wait to see her again in a few weeks. She will change SO much, I'm sure!

Two milestones ....

Well .... I packed up the baby bottles today :( If I let myself, I could get REALLY sad, but I'm just not going to think about it!

But I CANNOT wait for tonight - we drive to Louisville because Natalie is being induced. CANNOT wait to meet baby Abigail!!!

Oh ... and for my 33rd birthday, I bought myself ... A TOASTER! I haven't had a toaster since I lived at home 13 years ago. Crazy, hu? I've always had a toaster oven, but I'm excited to have a toaster!

From the mouths of babes ...

Cameron said something adorable today as we were on the swingset enjoying the 60 degree weather!!! We were talking about Kennedy's friends grandma - they call her Nanny. I told them that her real name is Jenny, they call her Nanny like we call ours Magum. Kennedy said I wish I had a Nanny - I said, you have a Nana and her real name is Dianne. Cameron said, Grandpa Bill's real name is Honey - I said Oh yeah? He said, yeah, that's what Nana calls him! :)

One more thing ...

THEY DID IT!!! They finally had a sleepover! Of course, it was at McKenna's house. But both Cameron and Kennedy spent the night at Kenna's on Saturday. They had such a blast ... I've got to thank Amy for her patience :)

Spring Tease ...

The weather has been SO nice this week that we couldn't help but get outside and pretend it was spring!

We had fun walking Cameron to school on Friday ... it took us 50 minutes to get across the street and back. But we had fun :)

Cohen has decided that he's too big to RIDE in his car now that he can walk ... he wants to PUSH it!

I enjoyed some time outside with the little ones while Cam was at school ... they had a blast on the swings.

And look just how sweet my baby boy is. Every time he hears someone cry, he toddles right over to them, gives them a HUGE hug and puts his head right in their chest. He is SO sweet and wants to give lots of love when he hears someone upset! Isn't he just precious?!

What do you do when ...

You need to finish dinner and the kids all want your attention? Get out the metal bowls and wooden spoons!!!

Forever Friends ...

Kennedy and Carly took Nancy and and me to see Disney on Ice a few weeks ago. We first went to the mall where the girls got to pick out their own Sleeping Beauty bikinis and matching flip flops!!! Then they went thru Claires and they LOVED it ... they had a BLAST!

Aren't they ADORABLE partying to Hannah Montana? We are IN TROUBLE in about 10 years!!!

Figure skating and Hockey ...

Cameron and Kennedy have just finished their first session of ice skating lessons - or Figure Skating/Hockey if you ask them ;)

They have REALLY improved over the 8 week session and are both excited to start the next 8 weeks now!

My baby is walking!!!

Cohen is such a super star ... he wasn't quite walking on his first birthday, but he's taken off since then!!! A week after his first birthday he started and since then, he's RUNNING! You can't hold him back. Here are a few pics of him over the past 4 weeks!






Just starting ... a week after his birthday ...

Surely gaining confidence, 2 weeks after his first birthday.

NO PROBLEM ... he's running. And falling on the driveway, he even has the bruises on his palms and busted lip to prove it :)

Little Lady ...

Kennedy and Cameron are going to be in Nat Nat's wedding on October 17th and they are SO excited. Probably Kennedy more than Cameron at this point because she gets to wear a poofy dress! Nat Nat came in town a few weeks ago so we could go dress shopping (and margarita drinking - but that's just because Daddy wasn't home to watch the boys so we could leave - at least that's our excuse!)

Kennedy had a BALL ... she was a little annoyed by the uptight people that wouldn't let her jump and twirl in her gorgeous dresses, but David's Bridal let her run around like a little princess. She was in heaven!!
