Kennedy loves watching Cameron play baseball and he really enjoys her being there!!! But the other night we went out for a little batting practice for Cameron and Kennedy got her chance to play!
The whole family had fun watching them play!

to let your preschooler play with fire. Sparklers are against the law in California - so of course we let Brennan experience them in our back yard! Emma was a bit timid - she's been told her whole life to fear fire and here we were wanting her to HOLD it. Brennan - he's a true boy - he had a blast!

The day FINALLY came ... for months we've been counting down the days until our visit from Emma and Brennan (and Kim and her mom "Grandma Cindy", of course!) The kids were ecstatic to see their friends that made the trip across the country from California. I think our visitors were a bit chilly, seeing as our temps barely made it above 71 while they were here - but it was a nice break from the 105 - 115 degrees that they went home to!
Emma and Kennedy played dress-up multiple times each day. Emma especially liked Kennedy's cheerleader outfit ... I'm sure her grandma made note of this and she'll definitely find one under her Christmas tree this year.
Cohen is such a big boy - Kim got to feed him his first cereal with applesauce!
It's always so much fun to have our friends visit. We're so fortunate that they made the day-long trip to be here with us. We had a blast ... and we can't wait to see them again ... but we sure do get sad when it all has to come to an end!

Cohen went to the Dr yesterday for his 4 month well visit. We're about 2 weeks behind on our visits - but I guess that's what happens when you have 3 kids :)

Cameron was SO excited to start tball this year ...
What we didn't know is that "tball" means, the coach pitches until they're sick of waiting, if you don't hit it, then they get out the tee. Well -it took Cameron nine pitches, but he finally got on base!
We're haven't determined yet if he'll go pro ... but he sure does look cute!
